When God solves your problems, you have faith in Him. When God does not solve your problems, He has faith in you.

by Jeff Price | Mar 4, 2015 | 50 Books in 50 Weeks, Basic Success Principles, Happiness, Life & Career Success

Today, Father Jacob, one of the priests in our parish, gave an exceptional homily (sermon). Father Jacob is from India and I usually can’t understand his accent so I tend to check out a bit, but today was different. Today, the message was very clear. He talked...

Sleep and Grow Rich

by Jeff Price | Aug 31, 2013 | 50 Books in 50 Weeks, Happiness, Life & Career Success

My family calls it “stupid money.” Stupid money means we have so much money we could just do stupid things. Buying planes, boats and major remodeling on the house tend to fall on this list. According to Joseph Murphy, author of The Power of Your...

You got to get over that wall! (and here’s how)

by Jeff Price | Aug 30, 2013 | 50 Books in 50 Weeks, Happiness, Life & Career Success

The vast majority of your mental life is subconscious; your subconscious processes are always trying to help preserve you from harm  (Murphy 97). Your subconscious builds your body and maintains all of it’s vital functions; your subconscious is on the job 24/7...

Success by Intent

by Jeff Price | Aug 28, 2013 | 50 Books in 50 Weeks, Happiness, Life & Career Success

One of the things I’ve consistently noted over my life is that thoughts, whether they are good or bad, that I hold in my mind tend to generally come true. Even while I have taught more goal-setting workshops to more students than I can count, some of my own...

Aren’t people who talk to themselves crazy?

by Jeff Price | Aug 27, 2013 | 50 Books in 50 Weeks, Happiness, Life & Career Success

Growing up as an only child I was frequently told that talking to yourself was the sign of a lunatic. I kind of figured that internal talk was okay but actually talking out loud was a little nuts. Years later when I watched Bob Dole run for President I figured that if...

Keep Your Shoes On – Maybe It’s a Good Idea, Maybe It Isn’t: Let’s See

by Jeff Price | July 9, 2025 | Aviation Security, Current Affairs, General Aviation Airport Security | 0 Comments
